When you send an email please give us detailed information to help us understand your question. Include your full name, the state you’re filing in, your I-CAN! username, when you started your forms (approximately), and a detailed description of the question. To resolve your question, we may be required to access your personal information.
We usually respond to email within 1 business day.
We do not provide telephone support. Please understand that I-CAN! is a service provided by the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, a non-profit legal services provider. Our funding for support is limited.
You may qualify for free legal assistance if you reside in Orange County. Please call (714) 571-5200 for Legal Aid Society’s legal hotline.
