A bankruptcy case is an option for people who can no longer pay for their monthly mortgage or rent and cannot keep up with their creditors. They may have taken out loans that cannot be paid and have no means of paying them back. This is when a bankruptcy lawyer can step in and help their clients file for bankruptcy.
Civil rights lawyers
Civil rights lawyers specialize in defending those who have been accused of committing crimes such as discrimination, workplace violence, abuse, harassment, public defamation, or other similar charges. Intellectual property lawyers specialize in defending clients who have been accused of stealing or developing a product that is beneficial to the owner of the product. Many corporate lawyers began working at law firms after getting their bachelor’s degree and some of them even went on to law school just to get a master’s degree in corporate law.

Tort lawyers are one of the most common types of lawyers. These lawyers are responsible for the legal representation of individuals who have been accused of committing crimes, especially criminal acts.
